Issac James
Board Chair
Isaac James is an IT executive and Managing Director with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity. He brings a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to strengthen and streamline efficiencies in organizations. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Isaac is guided by a lifelong commitment to service and the defense of human freedom. He believes that freedom is a fundamental human right worth protecting and restoring. Isaac is a first-generation American of Pakistani origin who has achieved significant professional success in the United States. His personal connection to Pakistan gives him a deep compassion for the suffering of its most vulnerable people. As Board Chair of Saint James Relief Fund, he is dedicated to supporting efforts that restore dignity, opportunity, and lasting freedom to persecuted Christian families in Pakistan.

Pastor David Crisp
Board Member
David Crisp is the founder and Senior Pastor of Hackney Vineyard Church, a vibrant, multicultural faith community in inner East London, United Kingdom. He has a deep love for Pakistan and a longstanding passion for serving marginalized communities, having traveled extensively throughout the country. His visits have included cities and villages from Karachi in the south, across the Punjab, and into the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region in the far northwest. In the United Kingdom, Pastor David has been actively involved in founding and establishing a homeless shelter and a debt advice center, as well as numerous outreach and social action initiatives. His ministry reflects a strong commitment to compassion, justice, and practical service.

Dr. Prof. Sarah Safdar
Board Member
Prof. Dr. Sarah Safdar is a highly respected Pakistani academic, public servant, and advocate for minority rights, recognized nationally and internationally for her leadership and service. She retired from the University of Peshawar in 2011 after a distinguished academic career, having served as Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences. In 2013, she was appointed as a Member of the Public Service Commission of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, becoming the first Christian and only the second religious minority member to hold this position since Pakistan’s inception in 1947. In 2016, she began serving the Church of Pakistan, Diocese of Peshawar, as Diocesan Secretary, the chief administrative officer of the Diocese. In 2018, she was appointed as a Minister in Pakistan’s Interim Government, becoming the first Christian woman in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to serve as a sitting Minister. In 2020, the Federal Government of Pakistan appointed her as a Member of the National Commission for Minorities and the National Commission on the Status of Women. Her lifelong commitment to education, justice, and the dignity of marginalized communities brings exceptional credibility to the mission of Saint James Relief Fund, and her achievements have been received step by step by the Almighty God.

Katie Finn
Board Member
Katie Finn is a nonprofit leader and strategist with extensive experience in humanitarian aid, international development, and organizational operations. She has worked on the frontlines of humanitarian crises in Europe, providing emergency relief to refugees living in and outside of UNHCR camps. Katie founded and led a U.S.-based nonprofit that continues to serve thousands of refugees from dozens of countries, including many Afghan families fleeing the Taliban. Her background includes sustainable development and poverty alleviation work in Africa, with a particular focus on long-term, community-centered solutions. Katie holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Edinburgh. She brings a strategic, systems-oriented approach to building organizations that are both compassionate and effective. Through Saint James Relief Fund, Katie is dedicated to helping people escape bondage and rebuild their lives in freedom, security, and hope.
